This Refund Policy describes how Validate ("us", "we", or "our") distributes refunds and the conditions and requirements that need to be met for said refund. Please read the full Refund Policy before purchasing any products provided by Validate.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to pause and or cancel your access to services including paid services at our own discretion.

By purchasing a service provided by us you agree to be bound to the following terms. If you disagree with any terms then you may not purchase any services provided by us. Breach of the following terms can and will lead to your access to our services being blocked.

2.1. Refunds will be provided at our discretion and in some cases may be automatically provided and your access to our services be cancelled.

2.2. You reserve the right to request a refund and refunds will be issued in full if our paid only services have not been used during your purchase period. Partial refunds may be given if your use of our paid only services was limited and you were not satisfied, this however will be refunded at our discretion.

3.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and or our Terms of Service.

4.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
